We want you to have the right parts, every time

If you are unhappy with anything regarding your order, please call us right away! Whether there is an issue with the quality of materials received, or with missing or incorrect items, we will personally ensure that everything is corrected right away.

Returning Fittings

We are happy to assist you in returning any unwanted fittings within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email your order number to info@easyfit.com and we will send you a Return Material Authorization for shipping to our warehouse.

Please note:

• You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Feel free to keep and use the same box the fittings shipped in originally.
• There will be a 15% restocking fee incurred. This is subject to change, pending inspection of the returned product.

Returning Pipe

If you purchased pipe from us and need to return it, please give us a call. Please note that, due to the inability to stock irregular pipe lengths, we are unable to issue refunds for custom cut pipe orders.
