S-Tech Associates of Goshen, New York selected Easyfit fittings to restore a railing on a gun turret at Fort Putnam, a Revolutionary War Fort in the Hudson Valley at the United States Military Academy at West Point. The Fort is administered by the West Point Museum. Thomas Jarrow, president of S-Tech, says "one of our goals was to minimize any 'modernity' in the railing system and we feel that the Easyfit system blends well with the rustic surroundings while providing exceptional safety and strength. Additionally, the modular system was an asset when considering site installation at the Fort's rugged and steep location on a hillside." Fittings were also used to support a viewing tube that helps visitors identify historical features in the distant landscape.
